Ok ok, so we’re a couple of weeks late on this one… but the January 6th announcement of Bottlerock’s 8th annual music festival lineup came in the midst of, oh, every other medium-to-large scale US festival dropping their lineup. Or so it seems. But 2020′ lineup looks bigger and better than expected, and tbh we don’t hate it. While we do see some ‘recycling’ of artists on this lineup, there are some standouts that we actually haven’t seen in quite a while. Milky Chance, we’re looking at you – where HAVE you been since 2016? Overall, it’s an eclectic mix of feel-good music that promises to match the mellow-cheerful vibe promised by Napa Valley, wine, sunshine and (quite likely) some of the best food you’ve had in years. This one’s sold out already, so we’re probably not the only ones that think highly of the little wine festival that could.

This one rates a solid 4 stars in our books – while we’d love to see a more unique lineup, it’s still a Must-See for 2020.

Our pick for most-underrated artist on the lineup?

Michael Franti & Spearhead. Like pairing a fine wine and cheese, Franti is Inarguably the perfect complement to a chilly glass of white in the Napa Valley sun. Read our show review of his stop in Austin here!
